チョコレイト・サイエンス／Chocolate Science
2月10日（土）13：30から、エキスポセンターで「チョコレイト・サイエンス」が開催されます。
"Chocolate Science" will be held at the Expo Center from 13:30 on Saturday, February 10.
チョコレートの「美味しさ」を物理的に検証し、構造の異なるチョコを作り分けるそうです。
Participants physically validate the "deliciousness" of chocolate and make different chocolate with different structure.
- 対象：中学生以上～大人（乳・大豆アレルギーのある方はご参加頂けません。）
- 持ち物：エプロン、三角巾、飲み物（水、お茶、麦茶など試食の口直し用の飲み物）
- 定員：30名（先着順）
- 費用：300円（入館料別途）
- Intended participants: middle school student and older (people with milk and/or soybean allergy cannot participate)
- What to bring：apron, head kerchief, drink (water, tea, etc. to remove a taste)
- Maximum number of participants：30 people, first-come-first-served basis.
- Participation fee：300 yen (plus the entrance fee of the center.)
