図書のリサイクル／Book recycling
茎崎以外のつくば市立図書館、整理のため明日まで休館中ですね。
Other than Kukizaki, all the city libraries are closed until tomorrow due to book arrangement.
その整理で分けられた（？）図書館で使われなくなった本を市民に譲る「図書のリサイクル」が明日から開催されます。
As fruits of this book arrangement (?), "Book Recycling" will be held from tomorrow to pass on books that are no longer used in the library to the residents.

I don’t know if they have any English books or magazines, but you can check it out if you happen to go to the central library in Saturday afternoon or Tuesday. (For other time, you need numbered ticket to get in Ars Hall -2F of the library building- or the library assembly room.)
February 16 (Friday) @ Ars Hall
Numbered ticket (180 tickets) distribution: starts 12:30
- Group 1 (60 people can enter): 13:00-13:40
- Group 2 (60 people can enter): 14:00-14:40
- Group 3 (60 people can enter): 15:00-15:40
February 17 (Saturday) @ Ars Hall
Numbered ticket (180 tickets) distribution: starts 8:30
- Group 1 (60 people can enter): 9:00- 9:40
- Group 2 (60 people can enter): 10:00-10:40
- Group 3 (60 people can enter): 11:00-11:40
Entrance ticket (No limit) distribution: starts 12:30
- You can enter: 13:00-15:30
February 18 (Sunday) @ library assembly room
*Picture books and children’s books will be given away on this day

- Group 1 (20 people can enter): 9:00- 9:25
